Another study funded by the Arthritis Foundation found that turmeric actually has significant anti-inflammatory properties that can alter your immune system’s response to inflammation. This 2012 study shows that consuming turmeric in a healthy manner is actually more effective than a complete cure for it in preventing arthritis.
